Who we are

This website is operated by MASCOLO in the United States. This policy applies to this website only. For privacy questions or requests, contact mgmt@mascolo.live.

Information we collect

Mailing list. If you sign up through a signup form, or provide your email when posting a game score, we collect the email address you submit.

Game leaderboard. If you save a score, the initials you enter (up to three characters) and your score are stored and displayed publicly on the leaderboard. The email address you provide with a score joins the mailing list and is not displayed or stored with the public scores.

Technical data. Like nearly all websites, the infrastructure hosting this site automatically logs basic technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and site operation. Your browser's local storage holds your own game scores on your device; we do not link that information to you. The site currently runs no analytics; if we add traffic measurement, this policy will say so.

How we use information

We use this information to send the updates you signed up for (shows, presales, releases, merch, and other news), display the leaderboard, operate, secure, and improve the site, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not currently run third-party advertising.

Cookies and third parties

This site's own pages currently set no cookies. The tour page embeds the Bandsintown tour-date widget, and pages link out to streaming and social platforms; those services operate under their own privacy policies and may collect data when you view or interact with them. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

We do not currently track visitors across other websites or sell or share personal information for advertising, so opt-out signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have nothing to opt you out of here, and the site does not respond to them.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that operate this site on our behalf (hosting, form handling, email delivery), with your consent or at your direction, when required by law or legal process, when necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a transfer of the project's business. We do not sell it.

Retention

Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete yours, unless the law requires a longer period. Leaderboard entries may be trimmed or reset over time, and provider logs are retained for limited periods set by those providers.

Your choices and rights

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe, or ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, by writing to mgmt@mascolo.live. We honor these requests as applicable law requires and may need to verify your identity first.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect this information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International visitors

This site is operated from the United States, and information is processed on servers there or wherever our service providers operate. Privacy laws in the United States may differ from those where you live.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its date are posted on this page, and updates take effect when posted.
